Western Australia

Western australia is the largest of all the states in Australia and features some of the most spectacular, pristine and unique wilderness in the world.

Visitation from yacht owners and others is growing steadily and the charted boat industry in experiencing very strong demand. In the North West, the Kimberley is only just being discovered by the yachts visiting Australia and the diving, along with whale sharks near Exmouth and Ningaloo Reef, is exceptional.

Cultured and natural pearls, aboriginal art hundreds of years old, wonderful seafood, international market gardens through the diverse culture and a wine region which produces about 15% of Australia’s premium wine. Western Australia has something for everyone.

In the south, Fremantle is one of the best preserved 19 century cities in the world, was host to the 1987 defence of the America’s Cup and has a wonderful international culture.

The neighbouring suburb of Henderson, is home to the shipbuilding industry in Western Australia and has a reputation for luxury motor yachts going back over 20 years.
